How long are the games?
Moonbeam Manor runs 1 hour 13 minutes. Golden Key Time Travel Agency takes approximately 1.5–3+ hours and has no time limit. Alpine Ski Lodge, Escape the Cabin, and Inventor’s Workshop run 60 minutes 13 seconds. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and sign waivers.
What does it cost?
Moonbeam Manor is $40 for ages 13+ and $35 for ages 6–12. Alpine Ski Lodge, Escape the Cabin, and Inventor’s Workshop are $35 for ages 13+ and $30 for ages 6–12. Golden Key is $25 for adults and $20 for ages 6–12. Children 5 and under are free.
Will I have to pay additional fees for our escape room tickets?
No fees or taxes are charged to your escape room ticket. The listed cost is what you pay.
Which game should we choose?
All games are family-friendly and suitable for families, date nights, and team building—choose based on theme. Alpine Ski Lodge and Escape the Cabin are best for first-timers. Inventor’s Workshop and Moonbeam Manor are best for experienced players; Moonbeam Manor is the spookiest.
Can children play without an adult?
Trustworthy children may play alone with parent or guardian consent and signed waivers. For Golden Key, an adult per group is strongly encouraged.
What are your hours?
Village Drive is appointment-based, with the first game at 9 AM and the last start at 10 PM; walk-ins are welcome when available. Alpine Ski Lodge operates Friday–Sunday by appointment. Call for possible Alpine bookings outside those days.
Where do we park and check in?
At Village Drive, parking is free and unrestricted directly in front, with marked accessible parking. At Alpine Ski Lodge, use the free unrestricted lot in front and look for Escape Room signage. Enter 15 minutes early at the correct location. Alpine guests: do not go to the Village location.
What if we are late or lost?
Call (877) 584-6427. We will accommodate late arrivals where possible or help reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are not normally refunded; call as early as possible for rescheduling or future-game credit. No-shows without contact receive no credit. Prepaid absent-player value may be used for a future booking or store credit. Emergencies or cancellations by Mountain Room Escapes may be rescheduled or refunded. Reservations may be transferred to another person.
Are the games accessible?
All games are wheelchair accessible except Moonbeam Manor. Escape the Cabin is fully wheelchair playable. Inventor’s Workshop has one small step-down area too small for a wheelchair. Alpine Ski Lodge restrooms are not accessible; Village restrooms are accessible. Some clues use color, hearing, fine print, or require picking up items from the floor; lifting is no more than 10 lbs. Service animals are permitted. Contact us in advance for possible help; accommodations are not guaranteed.
Will the games be scary or intense?
All games are family-friendly. Moonbeam Manor is the spookiest and uses fog, flashing lights, stairs, obstacles, bending, and substantial English reading. Ski Lodge uses loud effects. Inventor’s Workshop uses fog and gentle flickering. Escape the Cabin is atmospheric but not scary.
Will strangers join our group?
No. All games are private to your booking party.
