Part time position (Up to 34 Hours Per Week)
Mountain Room Escapes is looking for highly motivated team players to join Big Bear’s original Escape Room! Run interactive games and experiences, get creative, and have fun at work!
Mountain Room Escapes offers real life escape room games in Big Bear Lake and Big Bear City. As a game master, you are a storyteller, adviser, and problem solver. You will work in our game rooms and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences. We are looking for quick learners with strong attention to detail, but most importantly, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service. You will need to meet and greet teams, go over the basic rules and help them during the game time as needed, and reset and prepare the rooms for the next group. This is a great activity for families, friends, corporate team building, bachelor parties, birthday parties and date nights.
Mountain Room Escapes currently operates out of two locations currently offering 4 escape experiences.
Job Description
- Interact with guests offering a 5 star experience
- Run/Host Escape Room games
- Reset Escape Room games
- Maintain props and game decor
- Basic cleaning
- Basic customer support
- Help run other activities
- Commute between locations during shift
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- Possess a valid Driver License
- Must be able to work evening shifts until 11PM.
- Must be able to work weekends
- 18 years of age is preferred but not required
